Kerela

Only had a short time in Kerela, was a nice state though, had a look round Fort Cochin. New years up in the hills of Munnar at the tea plantations, very cold up here in the evenings, only 2 degrees!!

Then we headed back to the coast to see the back waters, just took a passenger ferry here though as the posh boats are stupidly priced. The it was back to the beach at Varkala, lovely place with excellent sea food.

Finally we left the sub continent for some rest and relaxation in Sri Lanka
