Our Wedding

As we were getting married in Sri Lanka we decided to have a treat away from all the hovels we often end up in and take on a nice resort for a week.

We had a nice week chilling by the pool and going on a nature boat ride and arranging teh big day.

Unfortunately the week building up to the day rained every day!! Only for a few hours some daya but for many hours on others, things weren't looking good for a beach wedding! Luckily the big day came along and the weather was fine, really sunny and very hot throughout.

Ceremony went off without a hitch and then we jumped in the pool with the wedding gear on, finished the day off with a great meal in the fancy restaurant at the resort.

Two more weeks here to chill out on a beach further down, back to basic but found a great place to stay!!
